great comfort but some improvements needed
The staff provided personalized attention, especially Aja, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The view from our room was breathtaking, allowing us to fully appreciate the surrounding landscape.
The overall ambiance felt a bit dated.

Charming Stay with Fantastic Location
Enjoyed our family trip here with quick access to the Cabriolet Lift. The pool and hot tub were great for unwinding after skiing. Had an excellent burger at the restaurant—perfectly crispy fries too! For a better experience, try dining before the gondola closes. We felt the warmth of the staff throughout our stay.

Perfect spot for families!
Great location close to the village! Super fun cabriolet ride to the shops and restaurants. Rooms are clean and comfy, and all the staff were super friendly. Loved that pets are welcome too! The only bummer was the breakfast buffet price, felt a bit high at $10. Other than that, a really nice place to stay.

We stayed in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The pillows were a pleasant surprise—super comfy! It was clean, and the beds were nice too. The location was great for getting to the village easily. But the bathroom felt a bit cramped. No issues otherwise. it was a solid place for a night in Winter Park.

The studio loft delivered a comfortable experience with a lovely view and proximity to the slopes. Enjoyed the ease of access to on-site dining and a warm atmosphere. However, the weak coffee offered in the room was disappointing, and navigating the spiral staircase proved challenging. Additionally, the pet policy could be clearer, as I saw some confusion among guests.
